I can craft the Loop of Forged Power. Since there's been interest in this lately, I thought I'd write up these guidelines in a place I could point to rather than repeat them all the time. These policies apply only to out of guild requests. In guild requests should follow the request thread in the guild forum.
1) Yes, I will happily craft the ring for you.
2) There is no charge and tipping is discouraged.
3) If you insist on tipping, however, it will be deposited in the guild bank to fund repairs and be appreciated, rather than to the Leriin Vanity Pet Fund.
4) Requesters are required to provide all the materials: 4xHardened Khorium, 4xPrimal Might, 12xMercurial Adamantite, 5xSunmote. Please don't give me unfinished goods or--spirits forbid--gold to buy stuff off the Auction House.
5) I will happily make the ring for Horde players. However, because of liability concerns when dealing with items as valuable as Sunmotes, I will not assist in any neutral auction house transfers. You are responsible for getting the materials Alliance side and the finished product back to the Horde.
6) For similar liability concerns, I prefer not to transfer items via the ingame mail system and instead to do all trading and crafting in person.
7) If you still want to send items via the mail system, please be sure to contact me ingame immediately prior to sending them via a whisper or a mail to confirm that I'm ready to craft the ring. You don't want your sunmotes tied up for 30 days because my computer chose that day to explode or I've been kidnapped by aliens.
If you want a ring the first step is to contact me via forum PM or ingame mail. You can also contact any officer of the 11th Hour and they'll bother me about it eventually. Thanks.
