Greater Arcane Elixir now able to be made!

Due to some incredible good luck and a generous donation on the part of one mysterious, sexy, and incredibly nice roguey, I now have the recipe for Greater Arcane Elixirs. These hot little doodads give +35 spelldmg for 1 hour, at the low price of 3 dreamfoil and 1 silversage. These basically are Mongoose for cloth. If you want some made, send me the mats and I'll make them up for you.

Are rogue abilities still marked as "spells," and will that add 35 damage to our sinister strikes? :)
