A letter is sent out to the Eleventh Hour members, on behalf of Vanimas
Dearest Friends;
I am throwing a party for my friends, their friends, and THEIR friends. As of now, the location is in the fertile and calm Mulgore, on the South Eastern border of their wonderful lake. The date is July the 15th, a friday, and the time is 8:30pm. I hope that many of you will attend, but it is required that if you would like food, or drink, you bring your own... Although if I have a list of people that will be attending, I may provide one or two ales to each.
This is an open event, and you can bring any you wish! I only want you all to have fun!

((This will be an entirely IC event, so behalve as your character might. I hope this will be a semi-large event where someone knows at least a few other people.))
