Krol Blade

A Krol Blade dropped in BRD last night, during a mostly guild only dark iron coffer run where Xastra got herself an essence to make a +20 fire resist libram enchant.

Anyone in the guild is elligible for this awesome weapon but I'd like it to go to a warrior, pallidin, or rogue who would use it as their main weapon.

I'd like it to go to a main and not an alt unless that alt is frequently played. I'd like it to go to someone who is also between 51 and 60 if possible to get maximum effect from this awesome weapon. If you meet any of these criteria or can justify why this weapon should go to you please post here.

Please do not approach me in the game to ask for this weapon, it definitely won't help your chances. Any officers that want to give any feedback as to who should get this or why, also please post here too.

But, I got the Timeworn Mace in DM, and I think that given the buffs as well as the extra armor, it makes for a much better tanking weapon.

+11 Stamina

Unless someone who knows more about weapons than I do can tell me why the Krol is much better? The DPS is the same, the +7 Strenght is the same. All I see is a greater damage range and 1% to crit, versus the Timeworns +120ac, and 60more HP.

Krol is slower, so abilities that do weapon damage or give free attacks will hit harder, e.g., Reckoning and Seal of Command for paladins, Mortal Strike and Overpower for warriors, and all that jazz rogues do.

Timeworn looks better to me for tanking, though.

Krol blade was a weapon to drool over before I got the Brutality. But with the number of our rogues that have Dal'rends or MC weapons (both better), I don't know who will be able to use it.

Do we have any dentists? That looks like a good blade for a dentistry horror flick.

Auro, if no one else wants, Poke (my lvl 56 Rogue alt) would use it forever. However, it may be a better (more equtiable) idea to sell it and split the proceeds.

I don't mind giving the blade up to an 'alt' but would much rather it go to a main or some character who would use it a lot before I give it to a lesser played "alt."

Selling it for proffit is not an option. I'll hold on to it for awhile and see if someone elligable comes along. If a few weeks go by and no one from the guild shows great interest in it, I'll find a worthy soul to donate it to.

I am interested in it...

I do not have time, however, to do MC and Onyxia with the rest of the Guild, so I mainly do 5-man instance runs when I can. You should give it to someone who makes raids first, but I would definitely use it.

Mmmm...Sheely (warrior) is interested (she's my main now, as I'm banned from playing Bell, regularly, for the next 5 months), although she's only 50 right now. That being said, it might be better if it was sold instead.

Sheely sounds like a good choice at this point and seems like would get more use from it based on level. How many hours you generally play in a week on her? can you contact me in game?

Are there any other mains that would get as much use out of it as Sheely?

if you havent given it to sheely, id like to play with it. now with more LB from the past week i have 8300 unbuffed AC, and so the 120ac from the mace is superflous now...
