Herzlos +4 stats

Just in case Herzlos happens to read this, I need a +4 stats on my chest, would like to know when/where would be convenient to get this done. Thank you.

Ok whats better +4 stats chest or +100 hp for warrior? (This would go on Might chest, whenever I end up getting it, or do get it)

I still need this enchant for my Priest robe (epic), I'll be back on Friday and be online quite a bit of Saturday and Sunday.
