"free" librams

So I finally found out that arcanums work like enchantments, you can put them on other peoples gear.
I'm always looking out for deals on librams, so I have a few spare;

1 Libram of Voracity (+8 to any atribute)
1 Libram of Constitution (+100 hp)
No longer available 1 Libram of Resilience (+20 FR)

I bought these all for approx 5 gold a piece. The turnin cost is 30 gold at the elf.
Now I got 1 diamond last BRD, if anyone has 2 more, I can offer this service;

I have gathered all the necessary components (save lung juice but I can do that fast) for these items, and will not charge anything for the time I spent doing this, I want to help the guild.


So for the price of 35 gold (30 on turnin and 5 for the book) and providing I have the diamond, I'll enchant your item with the arcanums these books provide.

Once more; this is bare minimum priced, the librams usually even go for more then 5 gold, so this saves you a lot of time/money if you want these enchants.

i currently have all the ingredient for 2 X + 20 FR librams, sans the burning essence from the coffers. In the past couple of days Ragamon, Boozer and I have managed to 3 man a couple of coffer runs with no luck....

Im ALWAYS game for a coffer attempt.

Yeah, the main reason I offer this is because I don't want to waste these very important components. So when nobody had a libram for the burning essence save me, I can offer this.

I will keep doing this librams as they popup, because to waste a blackblood or an essence (and to a lesser degree also the ungoro crystals I gather every once in a while) is pretty sad.

The hard part is not the coffer run. Its getting people to go on them. I will go there anytime people want to. I still want one more essesnce and would like to occationally do the emporer for his trinket. Just contact me in game and ill go if I can. We need everyone who raids with us to be making fire resist gear a prioriy. Without it our chances with both onyxia and Ragneros go down. For Rag it is almost essential to have the extra 40 fire these librams provide. 40 fire res is about an average of 10% fire damage mitigation. This coupled with some other fire gear can give that margin of error that keeps people alive.

So, just to be clear on this, everyone should be going for the +FR librams? What's the drop rate of the coffer component anyway?

About every other time. But sometimes it drops 2 that cant be sepperated. We had a run 2 days ago that had 2 essence, 2 blood, and one eye in the same coffer.

Okay, in all my time in Azeroth, I have seen only one libram drop. Am I not in the right places?

I will gladly work towards coffer runs, though I would really really like to try and get the Emperor. I have never made it to him, ever, and so have never completed the quest for Bronzebeard. I will be on tonight, and although I want to help out Team Eye, I also want us to get more librams, diamonds, ore, and of course libram materials. I think we could also benefit from helping tanks get the Golem Skull helm or whatever it is called.

Librams drop off the AH mainly. Just keep scouring for deals. Personally, I think deals are;

Voracity 5 or lower
Rumination 3 or lower
Resilience 5 or lower
Constitution 7 or lower

I don't think the other librams are worth making.


I did the FR enchant on Xastras Dark Iron Helm, so that one is no longer available. I honestly don't know if Xastra (who sent me an ingame mail) or Dracma (who wrote a post here) was first, but I think Xastra (being main tank and all) needs it more. So that's my motivation.

The Constitution and Voracity arcanum are still available.

Absolutely correct. Not only the raid tanks need a much higher FR than I do, but also I'm collecting stuff for my not-yet-acquired Lawbringer helm and legplates.

So, I guess I'm going down this list a lot! 8)

If our tanks are better prepared and can last longer, the whole raid benefits.
