Arzamas Ingottoe fancies himself a scholar - a scientist and writer. He craves knowledge just below the everlasting love of the Light and the esteem and well-being of his friends.

Having lived in Southshore for nearly a year, he came to know and enjoy the company of a number of other adventures and townsfolk. Though less frequent than he would like, he pays them visits and keeps contact with those he met. When word of his friend Todar's mission reached him during one such visit, he felt drawn to the discovery of such an artifact and attempted to reach Todar by sending word up to the Lights Hope Chapel.

"Dear Todar,

I have been wondering where you have been! How is your family? How are you? I continue to work with the Eleventh Hour as we make headway against the agents of the Burning Legion, the Scourge, the Dark Gods and their allies. Recently, it has been the Dark Brother, whose name I shan't mention. If you recall, he possessed one of our number when we slew his Sister, the foul witch Prestor, and I fear that calling his name will only draw further attention.

The Ingottoe farmstead remains sturdy, as it has these past 80 years and I understand that there was a bumber crop of sizable pumpkins this year! Seems the volcanic ash additives I brought in continue to have excellent growth properties.

But, enough, now for the meat! I hear you are attempting to undertake an archelogical extraction? And from Stratholme no less. That place burns with a dark and unholy fire - I suspect you would do well to have an agent of the light accompany you. Out of our brotherhood and of course a scientific interest, I offer you my assistance in this purpose. When do you propose an attempt?

I have recently moved to Stormwind, so please do find me there. I have also begun selling fish near the fountain there in the trade district, partly because I enjoy the friendly folk there, but also because of a more sinister reason, one which I will speak with you about. Oh, there are a number of discoveries I need to catch you up on, and after we make the forray into that wretched hellish city, I should very much like to take an opportunity to do so, over strong drink of course.

With Sincere friendship and understanding,

Arzamas Ingottoe"

Todar is standing at the griffin roost when a gangly young lad rushes up, Sir Todar a letter has arrived, Pehaps it is from your daughter\. Todar eagerly grabs the leter from the boy. Tossing the boy a gold piece, he proceeds to read, frowning. But upon finishing the letter he hastily writes another.

Dear Arzamas,

I have been well. I have been working with Divine Intervention for a while, but upon Learning that they have joined the ranks of the 11th hour, I decided to go it alone. It is harder than i expected to do things alone. I walk in Ironforge and Stormwind, and I hear the whispers. Theif, Ninja, and untrustworthy just to name a few that i have been called. I would greatly enjoy all the help I can get, espically from 11th hour. My daughter Raystlyn has said nothing but good things from the last letter I recieved. I am now in the process of coming to Stormwind to seek out assistance in this endeavor. I hope this leter finds you safe and well, and arrives before I do. I will speak to you in person soon, and share a strong drink(is there another kind?)

Your Friend,
Todar

upon completing the leter, Todar Calls for the boy and says "get this off quickly". Smiling and feeling relieved. Todar packs his meager belongings and approaches the griffin Master for a trip to stormwind
